BOSE was founded by Greg Barnett, a professional sports agent who has overseen a football division representing 80 first-round NFL draft picks since 2001. His career spans the highest levels of professional sports representation.

With a Master of Education (M.ED) in school leadership and 10 years of experience as a middle school teacher, Barnett has designed BOSE to be as educationally sound as it is professionally relevant.
